The bible says that "if we confess our sins God is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness"

You can do this now wherever you are and whatever the time is.

Make the decision to do it and simply pray the following prayer

"Jesus I am sorry for the things that I have done wrong. I thank you that you died on a cross for me.
I am willing to turn away from anything that displeases you in my life and from this day on I want to live my life your way. 
I invite you to come into my life right now, be my Lord  and make me a brand new person. Thank you Jesus."
